I suppose he mean MinNam. In Fujian (meaning Hokkien in MinNamHua), there is a quite a few "tribes" and MinNam people happen to be the biggest 'tribe". You can find MinNam people in Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore etc. Just find it funny we call ourselves Hokkien after I went to my ancestral village about 2 years back and happen to learn the history of MinNam people.
