Only new " clean" trucks are allowed to take the containers from the yard.
This causes delay and shios ste held back for weeks waiting to disembark its contsiners.
The delay causes extra surcharge to be imposed to shippers which may double or more freight cost.
The cargo maybe spoiled or damaged by the time it gets to warehouses.
And delayed ships causes a " knock on effect" causing even more disruption down the line.
