Are you looking for a place that has Asian girls or caucasian girls?
If it's a place that has just Asian girls, I can recommend a fairly decent place at Bowden, about 5 mins drive from the CBD. It is clean, there are about 4 rooms and every room has its own shower. The place opened up last year, around July, and was originally owned by the mamasan who owned the previous Asian house on South Rd at Thebarton.

However, about 6 months ago, the business was taken over by a Korean guy. Consequently, most of the girls are from South Korea. In fact, I have hardly encountered a non-Korean girl in the past 6 months. The majority of the girls are in the age bracket 20-25, they are generally quite beautiful, and are Uni students, generally from Sydney, but also from Melbourne. They tend toy stay on the premises for 1-2 weeks, and the popular ones come back every month or so.

That thread describes a guy who had, by the sounds of it, quite a good experience at a brothel in the Adelaide CBD (Lourdes). Although I haven't been to this place myself, I'd have no doubt that most (if not all) of the girls are caucasian - if that's what interests you.

As described in that thread, be prepared to pay a fairly hefty price (compared to Singapore) for a good experience.

The only other reasonable alternative is to buy a copy of the local newspaper - The Advertiser - and look in the classifiied under "Adult Relaxation Services". You then take a punt with where you go and the level of service. If money isn't too much of an issue, I would try Lourdes.
