Sores help..

Hi, i’ve been having a few sores like that for a while. Not sure if is eczema or possible STD? They usually start out as a small circle but tend to get bigger.

Does not look like an STD to me. Why don't you pop in to see a doctor for a professional diagnosis?

Ya bro looks like an abrasion... Does your belt or pants rub on your waist very often? Is your pants too tight? Just some suggestions..

For a while, means you still ok. Your body is still working to recover it, not rotten so still safe. Put some antibiotic cream?

That what is looks like to me too and i really doubt that is an STD at all in my personal opinion
