Are you referring to those clean type or those that will provide special services? I think now you need to apply for a licence like any health centre. 4 or 5 years ago, when TN shops grow like the bubble tea shops a years back, there are lesser regulations governing it.

After the raids and the murder case, things have changed now. Just my 2 cents worth.

Long time no see. Still cheonging, but keep low profile because of irresponsible people anyhow disclose info here. Also, have been cheonging Macau/Hong Kong/China lately, spend lesser time and $$$ locally.

Bro buddhavv,

1. Get location (For HDB area u sure cannot get permit unless yrs is an open concept). All employees must have relevant cert to prove their skills.
2. Get yr ROC and then forward to Police for approval. (Dun get someone with police record to register his name).
3. Once approved, get tender agreedment.
4. Of course look for gals lah...haha
5. Finished everything then sent invitation to all SBF bros for 1st blood(FOC) haha.

Good time is over.
Too many TN now.
Too many raids now!
And very heavy fines too!
Many TN shops asking bottom take over fees now but no one dare to risk operating.
