i would say from about 12noon to 9pm. but i would recommend u try and visit from 2pm to 7pm.
i went once during lunch time, not many rooms open, went once at about 8pm, also quiet.

As early as 9am. Today saw H26 R7 Joyce & H26 R11 Xiao Rong available. The Citron Residences is doing touch up. Saw H14 open but blocked by cordon tape, H16, H20 & H26 doors open. The rest too early for business.
