Kim Jong Nuke is very confident, not afraid that USA could get away from any form of attack. Because 3~5 NK subs with nuke missiles are already very close to Ang Moh Turmp's cities, should be able to kill millions of Americans within 3 mins of strike time. They are hidden safely in the seas / oceans, awaiting for Km Jong Nuke's command.

Ang Moh Trump can play any game, he will cause only USA to suffer unbearable losses and unfordable painful memories. Superpower status of USA will be GONE INSTANTLY after getting nuked by Kim Jong Nuke.

In this kind of SLBM counterstrike mission when Pyongyang is under the DECLARED INTENTION of WAR by USA, the subs should had received LAUNCH STANDING ORDER ON PERIODIC REORDERING. That means an order to strike a set of given targets is issued to each submarine, to be executed by countdown of say 6hours precisely, unless a re-newed order is received before the 6hours expired. When it is renewed only the Count Down is Reset to restart counting again. That means, if time is counted down to ZERO and unable to get any new order, the last standing order of strike will be immediately executed. So even if Ang Moh Trump leveled Pyongyang completely with nuke, within less than 6 hours he will also get nuked from NK submarines from surprised locations under the ocean waves.
