I heard from some friends that order from Foodpanda and Deliveroo and they use their LIVE CHAT to communicate with their customer service staff.

They say 99% of the customer service staff from Foodpanda are indians.

And 99% of the customer service staff from Deliveroo are Pinoys.

Is this true?! What do you think?!
