If what u say is true, I believe his actions can constitute as harassment and public nuisance.

What's more, he use the girl's pic for his profile pic. If this is not done with the girl's permission, that's invasion of privacy.

With the evidence and all that's been done to stop him, the girl can make a police report leh... Unless there's more than meets the eye...

what police can do.. police just say ignore the person.. since there is no physical threat to your life. please ignore first. and since he dont know where you stay or physically can find you.. not much action can be taken.

about the harassment act is a joke lo. unless you are big celebrity or politicians then police will take action because what he did can damaged your reputation. since your not any important people. police just tell you ignore and the person will stop eventually.
