Guess the race Passer-by confronts enforcement officer who parked motorbike illegally
An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
An enforcement officer was confronted by a passer-by for parking his motorbike illegally to have a meal. A clip of incident, credited to Siva Kumar, was posted on Roads.sg. The video show the passer-by asking the officer if he was allowed to park where he had left his motorbike. The officer responds that he was not supposed to park there, but was previously issuing a summon and encountered an issue with his machine. enforcementofficer.jpg The passer-by argues that the officer was not on duty and was having a meal. The officer thanks him for the feedback, and says he will move the motorbike.
