A CURRY chef has admitted cooking food after wiping his bottom with his hand, claiming he could not use toilet paper for "cultural reasons".[/h]

[SIZE=12px]Mahbub Chowdhury didn't use toilet roll for 'cultural reasons'[/SIZE] Disgusted health inspectors were sickened to find a milk bottle covered with BROWN FINGERPRINTS.
They made the horrifying find after visiting the Yeahya Flavour of Asia takeaway, which he ran out of a rented kitchen in the Nine Elms pub in Swindon, Wiltshire.
When they confronted staff chef Mahbub Chowdhury admitted it was his and said he did not use toilet paper after going to the loo for 'cultural reasons', instead using water to clean himself.
He told the officials that he would keep the bottle under the sink and fill it with water from the taps, using it to wash himself after going to the toilet.

The 46-year-old would then go on to prepare food, including fish and meat curries.
When health officers discovered the sticky bottle, they tested it and to their horror concluded it was covered in poo.

Chowdhury pleaded guilty to ten counts of breaching food and hygiene regulations at Swindon Magistrates' Court.
Rosie Heath, prosecuting, told the court the officers found "very poor standards of hygiene" after their inspection last May.
She said: "In the kitchen under the double sinks [they] found an empty plastic milk bottle which was extremely dirty and was covered with brown fingerprints.

[SIZE=12px]Mahbub Chowdhury would go on to cook meat and fish curries[/SIZE] "When asked, Mr Chowdhury explained he filled the bottle with water from the kitchen taps and used it to clean his bottom after visiting the toilet.
"He did not use toilet paper for cultural reasons. Inspectors concluded the brown finger prints was fecal matter." [SIZE=9px]SWNS[/SIZE]
