was looking at the new sammyboy banner on top and was thinking to myself whether those IMF delegates will really have the time to walk around GL and get those PRC FL hahaha

I am not too sure many of them would want to put their reputations on the line and risk that. I sure as hell wouldn't. But why do you want to know?

Was at Geylang yesterday afternoon, called a PRC WL and she said AV has been very active and she dared not step out on to the streets. So took her to Kovan Hotel 81 along Upper Serangoon Road. It was a fortunate cuz she received a call informing her that AV was seen at the odd number lorongs. For bros info..Kovan 81 isnt bad, it's brand new and they have complimentary coffee, milo and instant noodles in the room. Rates are at $10/- per hour, no deposit required. Car parking is at the shopping centre behind.

No not exactly. Although Hotel 81 Kovan together with the neighbouring Frangrance Hotel faces the main Upper Serangoon Road, the way to approach is (if one is driving) by the side road (sorry forgot the name of the street) just before reaching the hotel. First turn right again and you will be on the back lane leading to the carpark of Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre. Park and walk to the hotel. The main lobby entrance is quite small so the chances of people spotting you is quite slim. Anyway there is also a 7-eleven shop next door, so if anyone spots you, just say that you are going to the 7-eleven store...lol...

the government want to project a healthy image of Sillypore, so they will try to clean up the street, was there ytday afternoon but no PRC in sight

Did you read TNP IMF series "Mr Delegates"?

I hope TNP dont encourage them to go to Marina South, or other places where well known HCs are located..

AV is indeed heavy...yterday morning around 9am saw a few police walking around looking for 'victims'. basically, can't see any FL around. a few of them even have to be urged by kopi thiam guys to faster run....if here is so tight already, wonder what will happen to the most high-class ones at Orchard Towers??!??
