New joint but I don't really recommend

I spotted a newly opened joint along a very long stretch of road with the same name. This place is quite neighbourhood-like with a lot of nice food and tuition centres in the area.

Went up the place to test and the door was electronically locked. Chances of it being a dirty one was very high!

I pressed the doorbell and was let in.

The reason I am not disclosing this joint publicly is because there may be gems in there with better service and price package. My experience is based on only 1 milf there.

The area there also lacks joint with special, making this place a bit more rare. Actually, there is another shop below this joint, open for less than a year too. Got special inside but the girl is very moody type. Sometimes got golden question, sometime don't have.

TS, u don't feel right about it but don't know why you still went in, perhaps in the hope of getting a good service despite the failure in looks/figure department.

When we visit a new place without recommendations, we risk getting piano massage, ML ask you flip over after no time, over quote for specials, cannot do this and that, etc etc...

so at least find one that's young, looks and figure at least 6.5/10 above, in case service is up the lorry but still got some consolation.
nothing is worse than being stuck with a milf with bad figure and poor service.
