Many a times girls are unfathomable creatures. When u think they are like that, they are actually not and when u find they are like this they are, well actually not like this in the end.

Point is. Nothing is actually wat it seems I guess, abit like in the movie, mayb that's the mystery and first of all even the girl may not know it at first

Hihi, ya, it's not about the money. Maybe initially it is cuz it piques our curiosity. But mainly because the story unfolds to how much the guy loves the girl. And also cuz of the erotica written . suited for females bah. I can't speak for all. But should be like that la. Anyway I didnt read the book. Just the synopsis from wiki. Lol.
