Think its a lot more expensive than at DSC but you will probably be less embarassed at this place and face less embarassing and probing questions at this place than DSC.

The tests seems pretty complete. Other popular places for STI advice, such as Kreta Ayer Clinic and Cheok Clinic in Geylang, does not have these lab tests unless you specifically asks (and even then, I am not sure they will provide).

I think I would still prefer DSC as they are specialisng in STDs and treatment. The consultation and test fee rate is also heavily subsidised and I believed DSC has the latest test equipments avaliable.

I personally feel that Raffles medical uses the most advanced and latest of all diagnostic equipments, as all tests are conducted in-house at the Raffles Hospital. So equipments are obviously new and state-of-the-art.

Just my thoughts...planning to go there soon too!

here is the list of urologist (specialist)... can check for all the STDs & HIV n Hepatatis... i went to see one of them... very professional ...

obviously the will be bit pricey ... it is good alternate for people not willing to go DSC...

btw, i went to see Dr. Tan @ ayer rajah, he recommeded to go n see DSC

urologist will be a good alternate, also they can check for UTI related problems ...

good to know that raffles has such package. btw, have u seen how the receipt is presented. need to submit for claims and last thing i want to know is whole company knows i go for std screening.

oso, if is there a scaled down version with less test, eg only want herpes test. that will reduce cost and since some of the test oredy done elsewhere sometimes back.

I went for the STD package at Raffles and it's quite expensive.
I remembered going for another test at a private clinic, and
they send the blood samples to a lab, the results looks more
professionally printed on the results slip compared to Raffles
but i guess the results are just results.

Raffles hospital has the lab upstairs so the test results could be
faster.. i have yet to receive the rest of my test results and
don't know if the doctors will help interpret them.. otherwise,
if they don't help interpret, i would be better off going to
your private GP who can arrange for the entire set of
STD screening as well.

we understand all the gals in GL 150- 80 - 40 goes for twice a month HIV test, do they go for STD screening also?

any one can clarify ... probably boss is the best person

I heard from the counsellors at AFA that they do go for the STDs Screening at DSC. Once, detected for the bacterial diseases, they will be given jabs and pills.

Haiz, i think they will be kena sent back...of cose will cure them first. WLs are like us manz. They too will be worried bout getting the STDs.

thanks man!, i agree indeed they are great, i am cheoning GL 150 almost 4 years now, nowadays more worried abt these STDs and trying to fade away ... so far nothing happened badly except HSV1 which is common in every adult...

i hv no GF, only way to get SEX through GL

hope that there would be acomplete cure soon

I am thinking of going too. So as to compare options appreciate those who have gone give a report on Raffles Medical ? tks !
