Unexplained pain in right testicle

After a particularly heavy "workout" at a TN shop, I found that my right testicle was starting to feel a bit sensitive.

Also, there were achings over my waist, hips and upper body. It's been almost two days, and my right testicle still feels like it's been bruised. Is this normal or cause for alarm?

bro.. if u only have the pain after the Tn session.... then monitor it for a few more days .. if the pain persist or get worst.. quickly go see a doctor liao..

for the record..testicle pain could be due to one of these..

Epididymitis

Try eat less beancurd and watermelon will help.

Thanks for the responses and reassurance, bros. I think also it is partly because I am a lazy fucker... always lie down and let the girl do all the work. So when people ask me to get on top and do some work, not used to it....

Hmmm much better now. Managed to ride it out for a few days. I think I just sprained a muscle here and there, nothing to worry about. I have even stopped feeling the soreness in my balls.
