from what i know...if you own that kinda stuff on vcd format, you can kena under the films act....but if you download from the net and keep for your own use...its a little more nebulous.
Best thing is don't order ..even if they send to your doorstep, sekali the police wait until it is handed over to you..then to your door. that time really HamKaChan.
