Go to court to solve a problem, a dispute resolution, but ended up paying so much for legal fees, and how they quantity their biliings, a sort of lawyer bully at the end of the case?
Does their bills include GST payable? How about their commission added onto their court processing fees and all that stuff? What commission to pay? 10% or 5% and how competitive is their commission compare to other lawyers?
Do they honestly pay company income tax, and their personal income tax? Income taxes goes back to tax payers account for building courthouses facilities, air conditioning and 50 seats audience in the courtroom, and all to make these lawyers and judges (civil servants) feel comfortable, can concentrate on the cases and do a proper job for tax payers, a vicious cycle?
