Advice: Does Tongkat Ali Really Work?

Hi, this is a little serious discussion and advice sought. Pls don't hit me or anything, I juz need some advice from more experioenced bros out here.

Work has been piling up lately, stress levels are high. By time I come home I am shacked but still need to do my duties with my lady. We are not married, but live together.

I've not been able to perform well the past 2 months. Most times my erection takes some time to come, then it is only half erect. I am worried. A friend has suggested to try Tongkat Ali. There are pills being sold at the Indonesian Jamu shops around.

Do you think ths could help in my performance? Has it worked well for brothers out there?

Honest advice will be appreciated. thanks.

I have try Tongkat Ali drink but very don't like the taste....and didn't feel any effects after drinking...maybe did not drink regularly. Maybe you should try B-complex stress formula...it more effective. And you will see the different after a few days. You can get easily.

While I relate my belief in Tongkat Ali to Backache Medicine and cures (ie its origins) But I read someone posted that it does help over long term at http://www.asiatour.com/tongkatali_proof.htm

What the chap stated is simply it takes time with tongkat ali... unlike viagra which gives immediate effect. However, you'll see following benefits if consumed over time ie better libido, and because of increased excitability, better erections, and better orgasms. (partially due to increased testostreone...aiya spell wrong liao)

WARNING: Starting to use medical herbs has one downside. Once your body used to it, you need keep using to maintain. Once stop, you can feel discomfort... ie aches and pains unaware will surface, sex life will also feel the difference.

you can try pills made from big black ants with herbs too. in TCM, ants had been found to have great medicinal effect, not only for the "brudder", but overall health.

Bro,

the best is to try to get your hands on the tongkat ali root, tat means in its natural form. shave off a bit and place into tea. let it steep for a while and then drink the tea, finishing it by chewing on the root. dont swallow it. this has been a proven theory. A frend of mine came off a quadruple bypass a year ago and after taking the root, he is healthier than most guys half his age (He's 51 btw) the only prob is the erection he gets becoz the original purpose of tongkat ali is sexual stimulant.

But please remember to consult your doctor before you try anyform of mediaction or supplement.

Watson is selling tongkat ali extract in pill form. Forgot the brand of the supplier liao.

AndyHalo: For the black ants thing, can I get it from any TCM shop? What shd I tell the pharmacist?

Reaper: For the Tongkat Ali root, can get from where?

BTW, I did tell my doc my "problem", he said its just stress for people our age. He didnt recommend Viagra. Anyway, this has more side effects.

I am glad first website is of help. Here's second tip:
Firstly, realise we are all stressed out from working so to make it happen. Relax. Go for full body massage, something off work and take time on little things to make her feel special.

If you not stressed out, easier to help out... make her feel you reaching out. Don't expect too much in return... Give freely and let her do so in her own way.

But adapting Sun Tzu quoted: "Know Thyself and know thy partner." One example, so that we wont clash timing for sex with her period. Different gal has different cycle. Some 24, other 28 day usually. Heh.

If you dare try seeing how much you can handle urge... then try flirting without sex for a while with all of the above. This sometimes works miracles esp when combined with good diet and a little rest/recreation.

doesn't work and feel different if stop eating it.... mine is tablet version....
fihs oil seem to be better...

My method of releasing my stress from work is my OTO electronic foot massager with attachment paste for other part of the body.

30 mins after dinner, I use the machine for 30 mins following the instruction sheets to attach paste on the appropriate part of my body.

I feel the effect after 1 week of try, and making this my regular daily activity (exception is when I'm out and not at home, then use it 1 hour before sleep).

It does greatly reduced my stress level, especially from after work.

U can try i geylang serai area where there alot of the malay stalls selling traditional herbal remedies. As for buying hte whole root, u have to try to get in malaysia. exactly how, u have to give me sometime...my frend is cuurently overseas and wont be back for a week.

Alternatively, u can try Jamu. tis is a traditional indonesian herbal stimulant. very similar to Tongkat ali. except the Jamu is a combination of herbs. If you have frends going to indo,eg: batam maybe u can try to ask them to buy for you.
