The STOMPer also reported that the couple can be seen from the ground floor, as well as the block opposite the one they were at. In a phone conversation with STOMP, Rey said: "I was coming out of my grandmother's home in West Coast Road at around 2am on Sunday (Oct 27) when I saw a couple getting touchy with each other on the staircase of the block opposite me. "I was actually annoyed and disturbed by the sight of this couple, who I think may be from China. I mean, I think it's ok for couples to hug and kiss but they were doing more than that -- they were touching each other. "I could even see them from the fitness corner on the ground floor.
