Red face Insomnia Woes

anyone have insomnia problem before?
last year, have some problems getting to sleep in the nite, can toss whole night and turn till morning 5 6 am then sleep.....but day time sleep all the way till afternoon....
now its worse....at nighte sleep 2 hr wake up one time...sleep only 6 hr per night..... anyone got such problems? please advice

[1] Go visit the doctor and they will prescribe u some sleeping pills.......or
[2] go Geylang and bonk at least 3 times, by then u will be tired and easily asleep.......

Could be many reasons, and it is peculiar to each individual.

For myself, I am a professed nite owl, and have reserves and stamina the envy of associates. Have you been trained/conditioned to keep late nites or work commitments dictates so. Your biological clock would have been CONDITIONED, this is also the explanation for people who travel rounds the globe, thus the term jet-lag.

You may also be allergic or uncomfortable with your sleeping environment. Mayb you don't have a girl with you ? Your pillow, bolster or even the sheet covers can cause this disruption. I have become a light sleeper these days. The main reasons I attribute to my pillow and bolsters which needs to be sun or at least changed after years squeezing them. Some recommendations may range between 3-5 years before changing, dependant on how you upkeep them. Well, I think it varies between individuals, and the main thing is once you feel that it has expired its useful life, and you are getting uncomfortable with the smell, you should changed it.

I can sleep better in my living hall with the overhead fan on. Even with an IONA fan (i viewed it as an industrial fan) in my room, I can't sleep well. Maybe its too stuffy for my liking.

Finally, the pest of all pests, mosquitos. They seemed to know that I am after them, after they have stung me.I closed the doors to hunt for them but couldn't be found. And they always send one each time I got rid of the previous. They can be a nuisance.

After all the remedies, and you still can't sleep. The mother of all remedies, eat the apple from snow white's fable and it would be forever. In short, we can sleep eternally when you are dead. Otherwise, we can do alot of things in our waking hours, if you really can't sleep. You may be surprised by the things you accomplished, and you are able to sleep due to tiredness by then. Even the commando mosquitoes would not be able to wake u. Cheers

when i wanna shift my slping time, i juz lun 24hrs dun slp, den coz slp at the time i wanna slp lorr... by then v. tired ez slp liaoz

Sleeping pills should be the last option. Coz..Once u develop dependence...U will up the dose from time to time..THen in the end..The high dose will not exert the effects anymore..And then, in order to induce sleep, u may have to use more than one type of sleeping. Sleeping pills are only for short term management..Not long.

Try exercising more..It will wear ur mind down..Hence better sleep at nite. And No offence here...Sleeping disorder is a form of psychiatric problem. Perhaps u might wanna see a professional and talk about it.

I also always have this problem but I just learned fm tv, you can make use of the onion. Just cut pcs of onion and pack into a small bag, put beside you when sleep, then can make u release wor. Try try ba.

Insomnia? I almost every other night insomnia.

Live with the problem, because cannot sleep at night has become a habit for me. Used to it already.

If want sleep, go get some sleeping pills from doctor or u can PCC. Then you will sleep

sometimes i got this problem also. especially when alot of thoughts going through my head. and quite scary cause next morning heart will have ticklish feeling because not enuf sleep. think very bad for long term health

urs is vicious cycle. not enuf sleep so sleep in noon. because noon sleep too much, at nite cannot sleep and the cycle continue. need to break this cycle and u shld have better sleep
