人力资本指数排名 我国居全球第三
新加坡劳工队伍受过良好教育和技能培训，而且生产力高，在世界经济力论坛刚出炉的“人力资本指 数”中，位居 全球第3名，在亚洲国家中，则排名第一。这是世界经济力论坛（World Economic Forum，简称WEF）首次对全球122个国家进行这个评估。这些国家的人口加起来占了世界总人口的9 0 ％以上。 各国被衡量如何提升国内劳动力的健康、教育和技能水平，然后转化为经济优势，制定出这套“人力 资本指数”（ Human Capital Index）。 评估指标有4项：教育质量、健康状况、技能与就业，以及环境基础。 从各国的初、中、高等教育入学率，到劳动人口从幼年到成年的身体和心理健康水平，还有他们的工 作经验、智力 与培训，都是考虑重点。国家的法律体系、基础设施等影响人力投资回报的因素，也在评估范围内。 排名前三的依序为：瑞士、芬兰和新加坡。新加坡也是10大里唯一的亚洲国家。日本排第15、马 来西亚排第2 2，而“金砖四国”中，中国排名第43位，领先巴西、南非和印度。

The report ranks Singapore Human Capital in 3rd Place. That means Sinkie labour is as efficient and productive as compared with Sweden and Finland.
However Sinkie salary is rather low compared with Sweden and Finland.
