An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
The clown kept addressing SL when he should be addressing the speaker, thus making non-personal. And he was so focused on 'killing' the enemy that even in the heat, SL was addressing the speaker. So, does Halimah know the rules? Or was she too timid to interrupt a pompous minister? VB set the rules by exceeding the 20 minutes he was entitled to, thus cutting down everyone's time too.
