A friend of mine called me in the middle of the night and told me that her younger brother touch her ass while she was asleep

She turn around and found that her brother was awake and this is not the first time

She told her parents but they dont believe and scolded her

I told her to talk to him nicely and bring him to prostitude if he have his need. However her brother is only 14

solution: go to sim lim, buy a few spy cams. they are not expensive. install at appropriate areas. if he's done it before and gotten away with it, he will do it again. once she has footage, make backup copies and go to her parents.

now they have to believe her. if they still don't take appropriate actions, then she needs to move out asap.

How old is your friend?
If she is the younger one then both of them need to sleep in different rooms.
If she is the older sister, it is her responsibility to teach her younger brother how to release his needs. Teach him to PCC and NOT do it for him.
