EVADING REPAYMENT OF MONEYS OWED


He has been scamming his friends, girlfriend, even anonymous online victims with fake Diablo 3 deals. From asking friends money for his aunt's operation and then taking the money and going on a trip to Australia, to using an IC with an outdated address to sign agreements. All scams amounting to thousands of dollars. Whats more, he isn't stopping.

This 22 year old Singaporean by the name of James Soh Huajian, also going by the pseudonym of "poi" or "poipoipoi" is the culprit in these cases. Day after day more stories are coming in, recently with pictures of him warning everyone that hes a scammer circulating around facebook.

Upon a group of creditors visiting the above mentioned address to claim back owed money, they stumbled upon a gate covered in plastic (to protect against future paint vandalisms) and not 1 but 2 CCTV cameras. Even the other neighbors on the floor were forced to install cameras. Upon confrontation, James Soh's mother claims that she has disowned him, however true intentions might be questionable.

James Soh Huajian has no remorse when it comes to endangering the lives and well being of his family and neighborhood, neither does he have an ounce of conscience towards scamming his family, friends and loved ones.

This thread is to voice out this sad excuse for a Singaporean, for other victims to speak out, for this young punk to be made famous and most importantly for this person to be brought to justice.

Anyone with legal/police knowledge can comment on what is able be done would be great.
