This is a good way! I agree. It's just that some/many of us may be busy and stressed during the day at work that we can't do this during the day hence the foreplay never began to help set the mood for the night time "exercise". It should not be any surprise to many hardworking Singaporeans who have been complaining for years about their long hard hours of work.
