Advice Needed

I'm sorry to waste your time or whatsoever , but serious advice is needed as this is not something i can talk about with my friends or family. Me and my boyfriend have regular sex, but usually at hotels or his house when his parents aren't home. Both of us are students and hotels in malaysia are quite expensive when visited frequently. I was thinking of renting a room mainly just for our 'activities' and not move in ? Both of us are teenagers ( legal ). Not a problem for us to pay monthly rent as both of us have part time businesses and allowance. Alittle bit of the math , our usual 4 hour hotel costs RM60-80, let's say 15 days a month, already costing us RM900++! so should we rent a room? alittle worried on how the tenant or housemates react if we do so. is it a good idea? your advice and opinions will be appreciated .

Teenage love tend not to last. If you sign a 1 year deal to rent a room and you break up with him 3 months down the line, you may still need to pay for the remaining 9 months of rental. Given how you calculate the financial pros and cons of renting a room, paying rental for the remaining 9 months for a room you won't be using, might put you off.

I suspect the 2 of you are having sex recently only. 15 days of sex per month is a lot. Especially if we didn't include the days where you have free sex at his parent's place because his parents are around. My view is that over time, as sex with you gets mundane, the frequency of sex will decrease too. So if you end up having sex 7 times per month, will it be cost-efficient to still rent a room?

There may also be the issue of morality. Will someone rent 2 teenagers a room, only to see them use the room to fuck and go home? The 2 of you might be treating the room as a hotel room but the owners might not be comfortable that his rented room is used solely for sex. What if he brings other girls to the room when you aren't around? What if the owner, who notices the main reason for renting that room, starts installing hidden cameras?

Since it's in Malaysia and both of you can afford it, why not convince either of the 2 sets of parents to buy either of you a cheap car? Fuck in the car is the most cost-efficient method in the long run. Cars in Malaysia is cheap and it's a big country with many quiet, suitable roads and corners for sex.

We live in KL, both of us already have cars long time ago. And this year is our 5th year together. Thanks for pointing out the cons tho. We can't find a place that is private enough to fuck. Even abandon buildings have residents! I don't think renting isn't a good idea then

definately to rent a room is much more conveniently for u guys to sex. dun hav to worry about hotel room availability etc. if both parents are open minded enough and consent to e both of u to live together, wouldnt it be better. that will be e most effective way to resolve ur prob now i supposed

Don't forget you still need to upkeep the room, change the bedsheet.. etc

I think your plan is good in renting a room for couple activity.
Communicate with the owner should be alright, since you guys are in legal age.

Further, sometime can stay longer there than hotel or getting away from work or family, just two of you
