get a brush.. you know those brush with plastic bristle?

Bro, you suggestion is trying to de-sensitize the forehead. There are some oils & wipes available that do the same thing. The downside with your solution as well as the wipes/oils is that :

a) People with serious PME problem will still cum fast.
