After reading so much stories in this forum, I believe now is time for me to share my true life story account. This is 100% true with no added fantasy. The story started 9 yrs ago. Anyway, I have been in this forum for quite a few years but never really participated much in the discussions. The purpose here is to unwind and read some interesting stories from all bros here. Before I start the story, I’ll make a short introduction of the above characters.

I am still serving the army almost 3 months left to my ORD (22 yrs old)


Part 1

I still remembered that I was in camp. It is 3 months to go to my ORD in my 2.5 years of serving the nation. Having nothing in the afternoon, a group of us went to the poolside for a swim. I logged into one of the Singapore channels “Singapore 20+” and scroll down the list of nicknames being offered hoping to find an interesting chats with the opposite gender. As I scrolled, I chose a nickname “sexylegs” and here is how the conversation started:

Me: Good afternoon sexylegs, nice meeting you. 22/m/chn/sg. Mind a chat?
Sexylegs: Sure, 20/f/ind/sg. You mind?
Me: Of coz not! My pleasure…..
Me: So are you attached, single?
Sexylegs: am single, and yourself?
Me: Same here. Broke up 2 years ago and am single still til now.


From there, our chats transferred from an online chat to frequent sms and phone calls. I came soon to find out that she was involved in a physically intimate relationship with a married man. Treating her as a friend, I told her that it was meaningless staying together with a married man on a long term basis and she should not shortchange herself since she’s still single and available ( sorry to all the married bros here. I was young, naïve and innocent… Hahaha, wouldn’t spoil the market now…)


After chatting for a month, we soon arranged to meet up at marina square to watch a movie (forgot what movie it was but I think it was a romance or action packed thriller). I arrived early on a Saturday afternoon and bought the tickets after confirmation of what she would prefer to watch. I was quite excited yet worried about who I was going to meet (I believe all of you bros here know how the majority of the irc girls here looks like). The time was ticking closer and closer to the movies and I had a worry she will not appear. Therefore, I whipped out my phone and started to send her an sms:


Me: Hey M, are you gonna be here soon? The show is about to start.
5 mins later, M replied….
M: Yup. Will be here soon. Just finished grocery shopping at Suntec with my parents. Am making my way there. See you in 10mins….
Me: Alright. See ya!


My heart was thumping hard and alot of thoughts flashed through my head at that point of time. Will I be seeing an ugly and fat lady? How should I react when I see her etc etc….. 5 mins passes and I started to scan the area, looking out for an Indian lady. As I turned my head, I noticed an Indian lady trying to fish out her phone and make a call ( Bingo! I thought to myself. Let me describe what I saw)


There she was, a beautiful indian young lady dressed in a flowery long dress with long wavy hair. She is big eyed, sharp nose, thin lips, nice complexion, have a tanned skin (not your typical Indian lady as she’s from mixed heritage). She looked at my direction and I flashed my megawatt smile at her and waved my hand towards her. She saw it and smiled walking to my direction.


Me: Hi there. It’s a hot afternoon, isn’t it? I asked seeing beads of sweats at the side of her foreheads while handling the tissue that was given to me when I go and buy the Nachos combo earlier.
M: Yeah! Pretty hot! So, can we go in?
Me: Sure! The show’s starting soon, I guessed!

Sorry to make all bros camping in here restlessly: Here comes Part 2 before I knocked off for the day:

Moments later, our hands slowly searched for each other and we held hands for the first time. I was thinking to myself (hosay liao, not thinking to up as I was still quite innocent then… hahaha… Bros here must be thinking stupid idiot, but I admit that experience do counts, that time I still quite a newbie in the dating scene la….). Conveniently, the movie had a scene of the lead actor giving a kiss on the lead actress hands (in a gentlemanly manner). I thought to myself, I should try to do just that….. I plucked up enough courage and held M’s hands and starting kissing her hand…. Sunday night came and I got to book in camp (well only 3 more months to go).


Life went normally and I went to the computer room on a daily basis. Me: I think it’s alright to go into a relationship. But I just want some assurances…. Would you go back to him if he (Guy A) asked?
M: Nope! I am very sure of it!
