Haadyai " the golden years "

hi guys...i hope old birds like me who cheong HAADYAI during the 70s..
post their past experienced here just for old time sake
i will post mine when i am ready...
because my old brain take longer time to think back haha
lets the fun begin...

for your info my virgin trip there was in 1976

The 1st time i cheong Haadyai, i only paid baht 250 per night, unable to remember the date. those days never require condoms and the girls only speak Thai while i speak perfect teochew; somehow we still managed our tasks in bed.

Mine during the late 80s can or no

Was a relatively young blur sotong then. Remembered that there were those so called tour guides who would leeched onto you all the way from the border immigration to H city. Does this leech ah kee or ah onn ring a bell? hahaha...long time liao.i

Back then, blur sotongs like us kena paid 2 or 3x the amount for a fair syt and 'thanks' to our very enthusiastic 'tour guide' who brought us touring round at SKY and TS. But back then where got the internet and sammy forum to warn us hahaha. Also din know any old H city birds then.

As for makan, din know and din try the cow genitals thingy. I remembered trying snake blood but not my cup of tea/blood anymore then hahaha. I did love the volcano chicken, nice sweet crispy and the volcanic fire boom when served. Any idea where can I find this dish in H city now

But to my pleasant surprise, the thai ancient/traditional massage of 2 hours still hovers around 200 bahts per two hours until now while prices of WL/FL have sky rocketed.

My favourite still, the ones marinated with turmeric and sold at road side stalls. Best, fresh and with a queue during breakfast time at the market area near Indah Hotel (hotel still there?? hahaha).

Volcano chickens were served at chinese restaurants then....

Could not speak a single word of Thai... Was then very happy when a 'guide' spoke to us in hokkien and brought us to tour around the Chicken Farms. LT was about 250B.
Was worried when the WL did not show up in the hotel on the appointed time... must be kenna cheated!... However they showed up about 1 hour later and only realised that there is a time difference of 1 hour between SIN and THAI..
Really a blurrrr sotong.... After that virgin night, little bro was so painful that I give up bonking for the next 2 days...
Condom was not a requirement and still wonder whether my raw entry has produce any juniors there....hahaha

I remember us having Milo, it was dam sweet.... then tried to ask for hot water, the waiter gave us more sugar....... back then the diabetic rate of Thai was very very high......

Couldn't remember, it wasn't a nice experience for me. Could only remember some things, which clearly stay in my mind till today. Something that make me stay away from Thailand for a long long time till I started visiting Thailand once again in 1986, then start to cheong in 1990.....

My first trip to Hatyai was in 1979. I was a very good boy then. I was there to study on the Thai culture with many other university students on an exchange program with the University of Songhkla. All of us behaved very well then

In 1979, there was no DANNOK, and Kayu Hitam. The checkpoint was at Changloon [my passport records indicated the Malaysian Immigration exit and entry stamp as CHANGLOON! The Thai side was Sadao. I recommend they should move back to Sadao, making visting Dannok passport-stamp free! (for those who are afraid to have their passports stamped with a Thai immigration stamp.

During that trip, on the way back, I met many other cheongsters who talked about their conquests in Hatyai. Some of their stories and facts:

> Costs for LT: 300 bahts
> No limit to the number of fucks! Some claimed 10 fucks per day
> All puyings spoke Thai only
> Most of the puyings didn't know how to apply cosmetics, so looked plain and like village girls
> A lot of underaged Thai girls
> Farms were like chicken farms ( one hut, housing many puyings, like chicken)
> All puyings were very afraid to make mistakes and making clients unhappy..they get punished or even bashings (one cheongster did complained and the girl was sent back to the farm for changing, the next day, he saw her with a blue-black chin and eye!)
> Puyings can be easily bluffed (just buy one cheapo LCD watch from Petaling Street and take along to Hatyai and present to her, she will be dammed happy and will love you very much)
> No departmetal store outings, so the puying would stay in the hotel guai-guai and diam-diam waiting for you if you go out with friends for a drink
> Condoms not used at all. Raw was the norm
> Puyings would feed you the food that you had ordered, like Japanese wives
> Very efficient tracking system! If you had taken some photos by those "professional" cameramen at Songkla beach, they will hunt you down even knowing where you were staying in Hatyai to sell you the photos, no such thing as DON"T WANT!
> The journey from KL would take you 14 hours! Backside also bloom flowers!

My second trip was in 2005 ! where I met TV and the rest was history.
