wow .. nowadays property agents attack SB for clients too ...

but frankly i think it's a pretty gd idea to turn yr pty into some short time love hotel which couples need a few hours to cosy up with ea other. or it could b a place which u can arrange a session with a masseuse if u dun like bein spotted in hotels. if u can rent out yr plc for say $50 for 3 hrs, 2 sessions per day, $100 is quite good income. The semi D house got 2 level and no one is staying there. Total I got 4 room in level 2. Short stay and long stay are welcome. For short stay pls pm me for the pricing and we provide free parking also. Location at upper bukit timah.

but at least you should let us the the facilities (tv, internet, etc.)

and roughly what are the charges, as compared to H81 or other 3-star hotel.

as we know, H81 is about $80 for over night, 3 star hotel is about $120-$150.
