your friend's agency is called ICA isit? you go for operation in hospital, doctor also cannot confirm 99% without complications.

Sound fishy....
ICA website got all info. simply follow and anyone can liao... No need go thru any "agent". They also just follow and do the submission, unless they use "under table" which might be, but dangerous and stupid. This kind of "Agent" is for ppl for got no brain to use.
