Spa in boat quay
decided to skip my regular spa today and try out another spa along boat quay. I realise they do not have a fix price concept. The price list say $60 for 60min, when i was there few weeks back, a lady quoted me $50 for 60min but today the same lady quote me $40 for 60min. Decided to try her then since its reasonably priced.
