A truck and a bus collided along Tampines Avenue 10 this morning at around 8:30am, injuring 12 people who had to be taken to hospital.
11 of the injured were sent to Changi General Hospital while one was taken to KK Women's and Children's Hospital.
The SCDF explained that the passengers had only suffered minor injuries and were conscious when they were taken to hospital.
The Police and SCDF said they received calls around 8:30am and they sent their officers right away. Investigations are still continuing to determine what caused the crash.
SBS explained that the bus was hit from behind by the truck and they have already sent staff to the hospitals to assist the injured passengers in anyway.
SBS also extended an apology to all affected passengers and said it is also investigating the accident.
