Engaging in too much FLs... Result: Losing the basic instinct to chase girls

I've been into this for a few years now. I'm less addicted and can exercise more control now. However I find that I'm becoming more lazy to chase girls, perhaps I'm too used to having FLs or KTV girls to entertain me instead of me having to go that little extra mile to keep girls entertained. My end goal is to get them laid, so I feel a little lazy to go for that "chasing". I fear that this born-instinct of men might go missing in me when I were to woo a girl that I plan to marry next time man....

Exercising more control is not enough unless you have totally cut it off. When there is one time, there will always be a 2nd or 3rd time.

Anyway I know it's kinda impossible to kick away this habit as the temptation out there is too much.

In fact I have a friend (in 20s) who has been engaging FLs since he had his first sex and lost his virginity to a FL. He will engage FL at least 1-2 times a week. I strongly believe that he spent away at least 50% of his pay on FLs alone.

I have been trying very hard to educate him on the consequences of his habits but it has fallen on his deaf ears.

I think what you might be feeling is a situation of female interaction which you had taken the easier way out. It is as if if you can get to eat an apple from no needing to plant it and just buy it, the next time it just seems too much effort and risk to plant an apple from scratch.

However, from multiple experiences, i feel that what most guys wants are not the physical contacts from ladies. We often mask our lonely and emotion needs with physical lust, which after we had satisfied our physical lust through FL or KTV, we still feel empty and unfulfilled.

I think this is the difference, when it comes to chasing a girl who you genueninely like. Because it is more that the physical sex or contacts you get with her, but also the emotional exchange between both of you which is actually more fulfilling that the one shot ejacuation.

Chasing girls are like playing soccer, who gets the ball got the chance to score. You give chase to test if you got a chance to go further if she allows, if you can't get even near her, be prepared to meet obstacles in your way, like another footballer's tackle.

When you get to score, you have that feeling of fulfillment, that is provided if she allows you to have pre-marital sex, but even though you have managed to had sex with her, you still have to work hard in keeping the r/s going strong, means commitment. She may still leave you for another better person which cums her way, even if you're married later on, she may still let you "戴绿帽“, and end up in a divorce.

Engage deals with FL are more for temporary comfort and ease our tired souls from the real world out there. You need to balance whatever you need and do, please remember not to do harm to any other person. Control is your choice.

interesting observation bro. I felt that compared with men from malaysia, HK or taiwan, most of us singaporean men are quite poor in starting or maintainig proper conversation with others (incl women) and then comes the ease and reliance on online social platforms and the convenience of paying small money for sexual gratification ... dont you thing we are starting to lose our basic ability to 'communicate' to the opposite sex? I am feeling so and it seems worrying... but thankfully im married liao or i'll struggle too.

I have indulged in FLs before, and to be honest, most of them were pretty disappointing in terms of looks, and after the deed, I just have the feeling of "fuck, the monies could have been better spent on something else like good food"

Well before I started all of these, I was a very social person with males and girls. Now it's like I have to think about what to say to a girl for a conversation to continue, and of course I get lazy to think about what to say that i dont say anything at all. It's somehow making my personality change for the worse. Perhaps it might also be that my work environment is now dominated by males(engineering side) so I have lesser chances of interacting with females. Conversations with guys always include some dirty talking about girls etc and I'm pretty sure those doesnt interest girls. So it's like i can converse very well with guys since I'm more used to interacting with guys now.

It just feels like... I've lost that innocence back then in school, where interacting with girls wasnt so complicated.

I want to stop going to FLs too, it makes me feel that emptiness after the deed everytime but you just end up going to fill that void temporary even when you know when it's gonna leave you empty afterwards.... =/

those girls looking for just sex..aka fuck buddies...is the same as finding FLs...because the process of getting a FB is different from chasing a girl you love and wanna date and subsequently maybe marry....

FBs ultimately some have their spouses as well...so we just fuck and end of the day return to our respective legal partners....so different tactic used to chase the girl we love.
