The short answer is no. The longer answer is that if you are a regular customer and have seen a particular girl and she knows you, once in a while the agency will arrange it for you, but it is pretty unusual... There are high turnover shops, with many girls that don't know their way around Singapore, and I think from their point of view, house calls are more trouble than they are worth. You can always try Locanto or Backpage, but in almost every case, the chick that shows up is not the same girl in the pic and you end up with some ugly chick.
