if the HC that you are taking over is those big scale kind and not those shops one, i would suggest you come out with one to challenge hotspa and gspa.. clean one that is.. there definitely is a market for it.. make it available for couples to go.. try going down to shenzhen's queen spa for a feel of it..
but of cos, that place is too big and luxurious.. just get a hook of its concept..if it is those small shops kind, then maybe you can drop by bukit bintang in KL and check out those opposite federal hotel.. they are clean joints with massage and fish spa facilities..
