An honorable member of the Coffee Shop Has Just Posted the Following:
A woman named Sandra was dining at a restaurant in JEM when she saw a pipe burst and black coloured water gushed out drenching a pregnant lady sitting below the burst pipe. The woman's husband was also drenched.
The pregnant lady and her husband were both stunned for a few minutes below being pulled away from the table. Fortunately, restaurant staff were quick to act and helped the patrons clean up.
According to Sandra, the smell of the water was disgusting and many patrons left the restaurant in a hurry, without paying their bills.
This is one of the many such infrastructural incidents that occurred in JEM mall since it opened. Is there a problem with the structural design of JEM? Why do such problems persist despite the reassurance of the authorities and mall owners?
