As of Dec 2019 there were a total of 820,000 PMET work pass holders in Singapore representing an increase of 20,000 annually. However 30,000 work pass holders become PRs and citizens and thus no longer need work passes. Thus 50, 000 new work passes are approved every year. Sinkies are truly fucked.
