Just came back from Empire with some of my friends here... Here is my fr...

Arrive taipei at 3pm, take taxi to my hotel near ximending, had my early dinner and straight head to empire. Kind of surprise when the taxi driver didn't know about empire and I have to point him direction. Stop at empire, there are some bro sitting outside the main door but I told him I had made appointment with cai dong. The usher of Empire are quite pretty and able to chat me through my room. By the time I reach my room, I straight away told them I need 3rd category, which is 不回穿。They kind of ignore my request by sending 礼服 girls in my room. Well, of course I told them I am not looking for this. After a while cai dong came in, told us that they are unable to perform 不回穿 today because "wind" is big (police kacau).

Since we are here, we order category 2 (回穿) for the sake of our little brother. I think they are quite service minded and keep you accompany, chit chat with you, play with you, raba raba with you and so on. It would be so much better if they could 不回穿。Hence I would not recommend any bro here to go there these few days if you want to enjoy crazy 3rd category. Wait for few days, confirm with cai dong about the matter I mentioned above.
