I advised Love to change location because its risky to stay in the same place for too long. She did consider moving, recently told me she asked her agent about it but they told her no other places available as all the rents very expensive.
Come to think of it, the recent RTCed MLX also stay at the same place (different location from Love though) for quite some time.

This kind of thing really heng suay one lah.. usually is someone reported then the AV will take action and it's not limited to neighbours hor, irrated customers may also sabo them. I know one recently busted place, very discrete and I have visited for a few years liao. neighbours are mainly foreigners and they normally don't bother about other neighbours so should be quite safe. But still kenna busted after ML arrive 1 plus week
