Nah, service level to drop was known way back then...many were passing off average services for AP services, that of course allow MLs to ask for more and do less...start of it all. To be fair some were really quite good and Zi Yu was quite exceptional. Just it does not mean from same region equates to best service. Anyway we can never get back the same dollar for dollar value in this market now.
