Probably she had more good experience with sg guys like pay her more and yet demand less from her, as compare to taiwanese guys. So you become a easy target for her to earn more and work less.

Absolutely nothing wrong with addressing others as taikor if that's what you wanna do, but as for myself, I'd only ever address others as such when I mean to be sarcastic or derisive.
