i haven't read the thread but i will share my experience/knowledge from 2 years working in Manila.

KTV:
you can tapau girls from most KTV along the shore of Roxas Blvd. and even in Malate area; price range from 3000 to 5000 peso overnight.

Agogo:
That would be EDSA International Complex @ 7th Heaven because it has 7 bars with girls on stage waiting for be chosen. Bar fine (paid to the bar) to take out the girls are P1000 and usually tip for the girl ranges from P1500 to P2500/overnight. depends on how good of a sweet talker you are. some only do ST (short time) so please discuss with her before u take her out.

There is a row of agogo bar in 'P. Burgos St.' down in Makati City too but i advised u to stay away from there as its all american and seriously i don't trust the cleanliness of the girls there but it alright to visit if u don't mind.

Strip Club:
There are couple around but i will share about "Ms. Universal" in Pasay City which is next door to Manila (behind the long Roxas Boulevard). Cover charge for local is P100 but if they think you are foreigner, they will charge you P300. they have 2 aquarium in the, 1 for model and the other for normal girls. the models will take turn to go on stage to strip fully or maybe only topless. each girl has a number and if u like ask the mamasan to sit her with u. i can't recall the charges but i think its by drinks; 1 drink is about P200. and to take out the model for overnight is about P7000 but these are quality girls compared to agogo or those KTV on Roxas Boulevard.

Nightclub:
Quezon Avenue in Quezon City is the place. This is where all the top class nightclubs are with all the best girls from PI. To name a few of my favourites are, Classmates, HeartBeat and Pegasus. You can't take the girls home though but you can boink them there. For a party of 4 guys with drinks (whisky and wine) for both guys and girls and boink; its about 30,000 Peso. and if u are a sweet talker, u might be able to get her number and have her visit u in your room.

There is a high class nightclub too near manila called "AirForce 1 @ AF1" in Paranaque and i think its the same owner as Classmates but i don't find the girls here attractive.

Ah my favourites of my favourites. You can find many around from cheap run down sauna to posh sauna.

cheap ass would be at Buendia St. called maggelan and i think it cost about 1800 peso; cant recall.

and the good ones with really nice rooms and girls would be AirForce 1 (yes there is a sauna too), Syline (in Roxas Blvd Hotel) and Sky Trek (beside airforce 1 if its still around) or Palacio don Pedro @ PDP (just above P. Burgos st.)

all these sauna except PDP usually have 2 aquarium, cheaper and premium; and the same for the room, cheap or premium. u can pick a girl from cheap aquarium to your premium room but not the other way. u pay for the room at the reception and u negotiate the FJ price with the girl during your massage.
usually the girl will charge the same price of the room for FJ. so if you pick a cheap girl but boink her in a premium room, she makes more.
rooms rate can range between 1500 to 2800 peso so do your maths.
AF1 has 3 types of rooms; Economy, Business and First Class.
