I'm planning a trip at the end of October and have been reading about all the hotel recommendations here on the forum (Formosa,Biz...etc). Just wondering if any brothers have tried staying a little further away from the main scene at a more resort type hotel 15-20 mins away. Will ceweks from booking joints have problem with going to a 4* or even 5* resort hotel that far away? Thanks for your insights!

Is Atalanta closed for good or renovation? Tomorrow going batam for 3D2N. Any good spa beside octopus and delta spa in nagoya area?
Went to both spa once. Delta spa environment feeling to me like atalanta but higher class. Octopus spa I don't feel comfortable there

The problem will be YOURS, if you discover the girl is not friendly, bad attitude, etc. To send her back you'll have to pay taxi, and you also you will be in the middle of nowhere with zero possibility to find a B plan nearby.

A choice of men's spa is the one at Batam City Hotel,New Spa. My 2nd best choice in Batam.

A memory for me...my Batam trip's MOST expensive meal,hehehe... (mango juice and water melon juice each cost 60k rupiah on their menu,carrot cake is 49k rupiah)

Tho i must say the carrot cake taste quite good (7/10) and better than practically most of what i have tried in all of what i have tried in Batam but then again its at best, on par with the one i tried in Formosa Vienna restaurant (which cost a fraction in price). Note that the one in Vienna is Black but the one in Swiss Bel is in white.

It still cant beat my definition of "best" carrot cake in Singapore tho.

Turn on wechat to find out when you are in Batam,but according to the thread,80% of them dont fit the advertised criteria (on the chat) stated. Try video calling 1st and do not meet girls directly in your hotel room to avoid getting scams.

I am not sure about others,i stayed in Formosa Hotel most time, about 5 to 10 mins walk from Happy 8 overnight booking joint, King MP is just on the 4th floor of the same hotel,Alishan KTV with hostess and overnight booking is also on the 4th floor.

Practically all under one roof. Do remember your question is in the circumstances of "not leaving the hotel room". There are no reliable outcall service that exist from own my perspective (not just in Batam).

Any hotel near Harmoni Hotel. (nearby Nagoya Entertainment District aka NED)

When i say Harmoni hotel,i dont mean Harmoni suite hotel nor Harmoni One Hotel. The mentioned were 3 hotels under the Harmoni Group in Batam, people tends to mistaken them.

I just providing some basic information on the average going rates which I encountered during my stays in Balai and Batam. I didn’t even advertise any joints or places in my postings . Doesn’t post any of my cheonging frs means I have vested interests in both these places? Maybe you can advise me on how to share information on places that I have been to.
No wonder there are no latest information from Samsters to share given how info given are deemed to have vested interests.
