First of all, the location is terrible and the apartment is shared. Room is partitioned by a white makeshift curtain ? Room is stuffy and towel is smelly.
Hygiene wise, this is the absolute worst I have ever been to.

Guess what, she proceeds to jerk me off in a rough manner to the point it’s nothing but friction and pain.
