Hi bros. Finally after reading the FRs and my planning with my buddy, we ended up in AC from 9 to 13th July. As one of the girls we met termed it, AC is pussy paradise.

Day 1- 8.45am flight all eager. Upon landing almost took a bus wrongly to Manila hahah. Lucky we asked the driver to confirm. Took a air-con jeepney to Fields Avenue area. After some walking around checking for hotel, temporarily settled for one near Las Vegas. Its call Exotic something.

Went to Brass Knobs first and in for a shock. Gals attired in panties and bro and so many of them. Took one gal each for 1000 peso excluding our drinks and LDs.

Banging begins and thereafter its off to dinner followed by Bar Hopping. Bar Hopping is drop dead cheap compared to the pubs in Spore. However if you have a gal bar hopping is a waste of time of money.

Back to Hotel for round 2 and 3.... To be continued

Just to update u guys on this whole inflated taxi mafia airport charges.
There is now a blue/white ac jeepney that leaves the airport for the main mall in fields for a set price of 30p--this includes your luggage of course. Yup. that's right, not 300 but just 30p. From what I understand, they have the airline schedules so there will be one available after a flight arrives and before one leaves--hope this helps.
So now you all have at least 270p x2 =RT savings to buy me a beer or thank me as you see fit

AC has gone thru big changes since then. Bars have gone bigger and girls more complicated. Jeepney at 3am?? I will help you check when i next see them on 28 July. Just be wary of theft. Best advise is carry only what you need n less. Don use wallet and don put all your eggs in 1 basket. I had my side pocket razor cut and lost my cel n wallet... and of cos all my eggs in 1 basket...

So no beer or thanks for u....

I still dun get it.....U take the aircon jeepney and it drops u off at the SM Mall. U still need to walk or take a trike from there.
It's good if u are just carrying a backpack.
Luggages in tow ? Better save the trouble and get a cab.

Else, get a hotel which gives u free pick-up or drop-off to/from Clark Airport.

generally it is safe in angeles.Just return from a 3 days stay in ac.but try to
in hotel which is not too way off from the main field ave so as not require
transport back after night of pubbing.Go on and check out as many joint as possible and not to stay too long at one.Drink are on a cheap and will set you
back less than 80 with 7 club visited and some Ld and tip.Enjoy yourself.

Well, the korean story (as I heard from a third party. . ) is more than that .. heard some business dealing gone bad ..

Why is it difficult to feel comfortable with the Koreans that come to Angeles City? It could be that even though we try some incidents make us quite wary. A case in point is that recently the Patio V apartments, next to the VFW had two Koreans stay there for a while. They enjoyed the free drinks and food given to them by the owner and some of the guests and were treated quite well. Regretfully, they departed without paying any of their bills. Bill's wife has reported the incident to the police at Friendship and also to the Korean Embassy. The problem is that I have heard this story before. It seems far too many Koreans are guilty of checking into hotels here in Angeles City and then disappearing. I know that in my little guest house I do not encourage Korean guests and if one does check in I will ask for advance payment. They have their "Korean Town" to stay in but I guess they find it easier to cheat hotel owners outside of that area.

Do u think someone will shoot u if u have done nothing wrong ?
I feel alot of killings in AC are not petty crimes.
The victim must have offended/cheated someone.
Robbery is one thing and gunning down someone is another.

Petty crimes are everywhere as long as u allow them to be.
Flashing expensive phones,watches,jewelery,cash in public is target for ppl to relieve u of ur possessions.

1) Dun talk to strangers on the street
2) Dun carry a wallet
3) Bring only minimum cash u need as ur hotel is always a 5mins trike ride away
4) Keep money in front pocket
5) Wear pants or bermudas with pocket holes that are perpendicular to ur waist rather than those slanted at an angle
6 keep a low profile and be humble at all times

These are some of the ways to avoid being a target of petty crime.
Always remember, bring only what u can afford to lose. For everything else there is Mastercard.

Finally.....
If u are really afraid....then dun come to AC.

Oh oh, I'm Korean so during my next month's trip to AC, I better be careful and be weary of all the Filipinos! I better only speak Thai,even though I only know few words and sentences! From today, I'll stop eating Kimchee so my breath will be fresh next month!

Sammyboy brothers in AC, better travel and party together to protect each other from petty or serious crimes committed by Filipinos! I'll bring my small pistol just in case I need to protect myself, but it's only good for one shot per day!

The crime level is at an all time high at the moment. Be very careful and conscious at all times. In and out of room. Use in room safe/ lobby safe/ locks when having girls in your room. Worse is if you do have non bargirls in your room, never be out of sight of your valuables for too long. Leave your pants just outside toilet door and wash/bathe with door opened. Use mirrors to good effect.
We as tourists have very little rights or protection in Philippines. If you get robbed in broad daylight, no one will help you. No one will be your witness. Best is to carry minimal and use the oldest cels.
Major crimes have been committed on us tourists in recent times and hopefully I am not included in that number. The canadian that's killed. he swede that got beaten till near coma. The malaysian that's robbed in broad daylight near Tiger Hotel. Me that's been robbed 5 times in past year in Fields. My latest defense stand> "Bring minimal. Spread out my eggs. Be less trusting."
