That's pluzzes me too. If it's were to happen in our land, I'm sure double charges would be press on her. No wonder the Thais called their country Amazing Thailand. And im pretty amaze things happen in my daily life in their amazing city.

The new enforcement of drink driving is strict in Thailand. My friend offered 10k and was rejected immediately. He has to attend court and ban driving for a month but during the month he was still driving

Its a pretty cool club with 3 sections, Techno/HIP HOP/Live Band all seperated on different floors but all housed under the same building. U see a lot of locals going as well as some FL's or ladies from SC. Gets happening after 1am.

The address and ID number on the driving license may not be correct. Mine has a very old address really far away from where I live now, and the ID number is my IC number... they'd at best only be able to get you from passport number.
Also their jurisdiction ends at the edge of their precinct, so they would have to send the report/license to the precinct that the girl lives in... or at least is shown on the license.
Too much hassle and effort for the police, most of the time.
