There is always a risk of getting seen if you do it in park but during late night, almost other couples is there for the same thing. If you are preparing to be fully naked in the park, also prepare to be seen. If you are unable to do that, you will not be able to fully enjoy.
Those days, we always do it at carparks be it HDB or malls when car camera was almost non-existent or prevalent. Solo lots or lots facing outside is my best choice. To maintain the quietness, engine is always off but that gives a new problem...super hot inside but really builds up the heat (pun intended)
These days 101% of the cars have camera, front and back and sometimes 360 degrees...So unless both you of are exhibitionists, chances are you might be in someones recordings...

If am not wrong is chargeable offence. If your family knows about such indecent act especially female side is very shameful for her.
