Lin Shen Bei Lu is no where near to Ximending, by MRT also takes about 2 - 3 stops. But Lin Shen Bei Lu is definitely more happening than Ximenting.

Hi bro pussybuster, I am now in Taipei and had went to Hua xi jie for a look but there is nothing much there except for some 'aunties' standing by the street. sorry bro, I am not a chiongster in taiwan, cant recommend any place to u. However this is what i know of:

1. Hua Xi Jie is a famous red light district in the olden days, but now doesnt seem popular any more. Last year i passby only see older women and perhaps some younger one in the "mo mo cha" teahouse.

2. So far didnt heard of many bro can pick up MM in taipei night spots leh, usually got to pay one. Heard there are many nightclub around Lin Shen Bei Lu which u only need to pay a flat rate (abt 1800 - 2000 NT) and u can play for the whole night with free flow of drinks. End of day u propably only need to tips the waiters / waitress.

Personally I do not recommend bros to chiong nightspots unless u are very familiar with taipei or u are with some locals, cos i had seen singaporean kenna wack outside nightclub due to some "misunderstanding" with the staff there.
